Each sample comes with its own protective, aluminum suitcase (similar to or as seen in photos above), a transformer, and a 110 volt plug.

There are three options available to you:
1) Order and keep your sample of IQ radiant heating glass.
2) Order a sample, and upon placement of your order of IQ heating glass, apply the cost of the sample, minus shipping and handling, towards your glass order. This is contingent upon return of the sample in its original state to IQ Glass, Inc. Damage to the sample will result in deductions from the purchase price to accommodate repairs or replacement.
3) Return the sample in the state in which it was received, minus normal wear and tear of the suitcase, and have the cost of the sample, minus shipping and handling, completely refunded within 45 days. 100% refund is contingent upon return of the sample in its original state, minus normal wear and tear of the suitcase, to IQ Glass, Inc.
